Well, I am on day 3 and feeling good. Yesterday was the Superbowl and I made a bunch of yummy snack foods, but I did really good! I made my yummy shakes for breakfast and lunch. I had frozen mangoes and peaches in my breakfast shake, and frozen strawberries in my lunch shake. They were both very good. I then had an everything bagel with smart choice spread. So when it was Superbowl time I had some fresh shrimp and just tasted to other goodies. So I did good!!! Time for my end zone dance :)
One thing I have noticed is how empty my stomach gets. I think I had become use to eating right away when I would feel even a little bit hungry, so have my stomach REALLY feel empty seems weird.
I bought a new scale yesterday since mine was not working. I also bought a blood pressure cuff so I can keep and eye on that. I wanted to make sure the supplement I am taking to give me energy is not making my blood pressure go up. So my weight yesterday was 302.7...... that is down from the 308 I weighed before Christmas but a long way from 170. I guess I just take it one day at a time. My blood pressure was 120/81 so that looks good.
I need to take my measurements today and do my workout!
I have to remember that the more I move the easier it will get!

What is with this title?
I am ready for some weight be gone ACTION!!! I have been rehearsing for years and now it is time for the action. Marc is going to be my personal trainer/ support system. He is super health conscious and hoping to help me achieve the goals I have wanted for years!
I have started on a Lean Protein Shake Diet and this supplement to help my metabolism and give me energy.
I need to take my measurements and weight myself. Then I will post them..... boy just typing that is scary!!! Oh well, I will just have to get over the embarrassment and know that those are going to change and I will be able to celebrate those changes.
This Blog is also going to be part of my action. I know from past "rehearsals" that one of the things that seem to really work for me is journaling. I am not really sure why, but maybe because it makes me really think about what I have been doing that day or how my diet has been. I can also track my goals and how this whole process is making me feel.
Right now I just feel FAT! Well usually very tired, moody and FAT. Today I actually feel hopeful and more energetic. I drank one protein shake for breakfast and had my supplement.
Today I will be going to Lifetime to swim walk while Cassie swims.
Well wish me luck and look for my daily updates..... Pictures and stats to be posted soon.
